Do they get two cheeseburgers for the price of one because they are obese? (Poor Canadians Redux)

In response to the infuriating story at http://www.denverpost.com/editorials/ci_11113097 --

Low IQ writes (of course, "discrimination" has to be mentioned):
"They are selling 'accomodations.' By law, accomodations must be sold without discrimination against certain groups."

High IQ replays:
"I think this is stupid, free extra seat, airlines will lose money and this creates a different discrimination, against normal people, who pay the same and only get 1 seat."
"I was thinking the same thing. Do they get two cheeseburgers for the price of one because they are obese?"
